Choices was established in 1996 by RN's who have personally
endured and survived breast cancer and the after breast
surgery experience. We are committed to providing
sensitive individualized attention and education. Our
staff of Certified Mastectomy Fitters are specifically
trained and experienced in fitting women who have undergone
mastectomy, lumpectomy or reconstructive surgery with a
variety of products to restore symmetry and self confidence. We
carry a large selection of wigs, headwear and accessories
for women experiencing hair loss due to chemotherapy.
Our professional staff will assist you with selection and
fitting in a comfortable environment.
We
are participating providers with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross
Blue Shield, Cigna, Coventry, Essence, HealthLink, Medicare,
Medicaid, United Healthcare and many others.
